The results of the 05/26/26 members’ vote for a conversion from state to federal charter have been completed and certified by an independent auditor, J. Tenbrink and Associates. Of the 254 member votes, 232 voted in favor of converting and 22 were opposed. With 91% of members in favor, the vote for conversion passed.
