Closing Your Account and Deleting Personal Data
If you have a Metro Credit Union MOGO mobile app account and wish to delete it, you may do so at any time.
How to Request Deletion:
To delete your account and personal data:
- Log in to Online Banking and send a secure message requesting account deletion, or
- Email us from our contact page, or
- Call us at 417-869-9654 and speak with a representative, or
- Visit your local branch and request assistance in person.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account:
- Your mobile app access will be permanently disabled.
- Any personal data stored with the app will be deleted or anonymized, in accordance with applicable laws and our data retention policy.
- You may still retain your financial accounts with Metro unless you request to close them separately.
